Your role: Lead the bank reconciliation team within a fast paced environment Deal with any escalations/complex queries Oversee the daily workflow making sure deadlines and targets are achieved within SLA turnaround times Support improvement initiative's and change of operating systems soon to take place in 2025 Account for reconciliations within the balance sheet and journal processes Requirements: Leadership experience within a similar finance role Expert reconciliation knowledge with demonstratable experience Ideally AAT qualified or working towards CIMA/ACCA qualification Previous knowledge in banking process, journal processing, balance sheet reconciliations Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume Good analytical skills and experience at proficient level with Microsoft Excel Experience in O2C, S2C, P2P considered Remuneration: £30,000-£36,000 per annum An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance) 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays Pension with up to 10% employer contributions Hybrid working - 1 day in the office / 4 from home
