Duties
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
* Ensure GDPR and compliance is followed at all times on inbound and outbound calls and, where provided, scripts are adhered to.
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our databases.
* Provide all relevant paperwork required which will allow installation teams to complete deliveries.
* Maintain office supplies inventory and order new materials as needed.
* Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and directing inquiries.
* Maintain customer files in line with with company policies.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.
Skills
* Proficient in computerised systems with strong data entry capabilities.
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Strong administrative skills, including clerical work and office management.
* Effective phone etiquette for professional communication.
* Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
