Who are we looking for?
You will either be a Home Manager with experience managing a residential home, ideally with 3 years of experience. As the Home Manager, you will need to showcase your ability to lead a team of multi-skilled professionals including a Deputy Manager, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering, and Site Maintenance Personnel.
You will be accountable for all residents within the home, ensuring that their emotional, physical, and social needs are adhered to, while also ensuring that the environment is compliant with local governing bodies. Having experience delivering a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ CQC will be paramount to your success.
The successful candidate will have a Registered Managers Award Level 5 and be able to demonstrate they have what it takes to run a successful care home in line with commercial and quality outcomes.
Due to the nature of the role, it is vital for the successful person to have a flexible and dynamic approach to support the needs of the service.
