This Executive Assistant will provide executive level support and allows you to gain an insight into the decisions and entails working both independently and autonomously to provide proactive experienced administrative support and service to the Executive Director You will: Assist the ED and SLT leading and prioritising various projects Be confident acting as a first point of contact, representing the organisation with courtesy and efficiency and ensuring that queries and issues are addressed promptly. Support coordination with CEO office, including involvement in corporate business planning activities Anticipate requirements and proactively gather information to support the ED in completing their responsibilities Plan, schedule, and coordinate executive-level meetings and events. Prepare meeting agenda Provide high-level administrative support, including: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings. Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism Essential Extensive executive support experience with exceptional organisational skills, including diary and time management and prioritisation. A demonstrable proactive, and self-initiating approach, capable of foreseeing ED requirements. Evidence of being proficient in precise written and verbal communication, including minute-taking, composing sophisticated responses, and crafting briefing documents. Validated ability to expertly convey information to stakeholders at all levels while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Successful track record of running small projects from high-level briefs, quickly absorbing, and acting on intricate information. Proven ability to quickly assimilate information on complex and varied topics.
