Key responsibilities include: Establishing and developing personable and valuable relationships with students and parents in order to explore their needs and interests and match to our suite of programmes Engaging with applicants that have scheduled meetings, and proactively prioritise and engage with existing applicants and parents through calls, emails and other means to meet student recruitment targets Ensuring that direct enquiries and applications are responded to in a timely way, so that students have all the information necessary to make a decision to study with us Providing a consistent point of contact for the students and parents you communicate with, answering any queries Providing excellent customer service demonstrating a high level of product knowledge Using interactions with students to pass on information and insights on our customers to wider admissions and marketing teams Recordiing the details of all recruitment activity after each call in our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring a high degree of accuracy and giving clear visibility of results and the current recruitment pipeline Processing all applications in line with the enrolment strategy to ensure that the database is consistently kept within SLA About you: You’re an enthusiastic team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment You’re able to adjust your priorities in response to new information, proactively problem solving and delegating or escalating as needed You’re highly organised, with strong task management skills, communication skills and great attention to detail Who we are looking for: Ability to quickly build strong relationships and great negotiation skills Excellent communication and natural consultative sales skills A keen interest and experience in the education sector, with the ability to quickly get up to speed with the needs and nuances of a new organisation Highly organised, thorough and with great attention to detail – a pragmatic and can-do attitude, plus cultural awareness and sensitivity Enthusiastic and energetic, fast learner, with a track record of high achievement and a supportive team player Educated to college level Strong IT competencies (G suite) A proactive problem solver and decision maker who is happy to work independently Right to work in the UK Desirable: CRM experience (Salesforce) Experience working in the education industry Experience working internationally 1 years of experience in student recruitment, student support or similar roles What is in it for you: Professional development Flexible working and Hybrid Working arrangements Generous OTE Application Deadline: 15th November 2024 We will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis before this end date, early application is encouraged.
