We are on the lookout for a dynamic Internal Recruitment Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy. In this position, you will guide our recruitment efforts to ensure they align tightly with our overarching business goals. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from identifying staffing needs to the seamless onboarding of new team members. This role will immerse you in a diverse range of industries, encompassing multi-site retail, manufacturing, web sales, and logistics.

Key responsibilities
* Craft and execute robust recruitment strategies that draw in talent.

Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar position, ideally within a multi-site manufacturing environment.
* Deep knowledge of recruitment practices and current labor market trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with candidates and key stakeholders effectively.
* Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects while maintaining focus in a fast-paced setting.
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
