We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual to join the Corporate Nursing team in Swansea Bay University Health Board, as the Deputy Head of Nursing - Nursing & Midwifery Academy.
The Nursing & Midwifery Academy was launched in September 2023 alongside the Nursing & Midwifery Framework 2023-2026. Our vision is that Swansea Bay University Health Board is the place in Wales where the best nurses and midwives come to work, learn and lead their profession to consistently deliver high quality, safe, person centered care and deliver improvements that will result in better patient experience and improved outcomes. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply, Excellent communication and decision-making skills
