As Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you’ll lead the function that drives company-wide forecasting, performance analysis, and decision support—ensuring we stay ahead of the curve as we scale.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Lead the company’s annual budgeting, long-range planning, and quarterly forecasting processes, continuously refining financial models for accuracy and strategic insight.
* Oversee business performance analysis, tracking key financial and operational metrics to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
* Partner with executive leadership to evaluate strategic opportunities, market trends, and investment scenarios—including M&A and corporate growth initiatives.
* Collaborate with data science, product, and growth teams to ensure a connected, data-driven approach to revenue planning and performance analysis.
* Own the preparation of board-level and investor-facing financial materials, delivering a compelling narrative around business performance.
* Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting automation, and analytics infrastructure to enable faster, more informed decision-making.
* Analyze budget-to-actual variances, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize business outcomes.
* Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous development.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
* Proven background in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.
* Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills; adept at turning complex data into actionable business insights.
* Advanced Excel capabilities, including Pivot Tables; Visual Basic/Macros a plus.
* Strong working knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Naturally curious with a data-driven mindset and strong critical thinking skills.
* Highly accountable with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
Good To Have
* MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
* Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
* Familiarity with investor relations or IPO readiness.
* Exposure to global business operations and multi-currency environments.
