You will have a confident and friendly manner and will provide an excellent customer centric first point of contact service to all stakeholders both in person and via telephone while ensuring our Head Office facility operates as it should on a daily basis. About The Role Receptionist/Business Support Duties Managing internal phone systems & internet, ordering new equipment and checking bills PA Duties as and when required by the CEO Provide exceptional first point of contact service to all visitors Managing a large volume of customer calls and dealing with enquiries effectively and efficiently. Meeting and Events planning & management (to include catering requirements) Facilities management, overseeing daily operation and ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our Head Office facility Line Management responsibilities Customer Aftercare liaison Open and distribute mail Regular assistance and general office tasks for to all areas of the business Order PPE for factory and site Required Criteria Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) to include English and Maths Excellent time management, organisational and multi-tasking skills High level of IT proficiency to include Microsoft Package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook) Excellent communication skills, verbally and written High levels of attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills Flexible and adaptable approach to work Motivated team player with the ability to work on own initiative Desired Criteria Higher Level qualification in admin/office/business management Previous experience in construction industry Previous experience within the construction sector Skills Needed Establishing Rapport With Clients, Exceptional Customer Service Skills, Reception skills About The Company Our Business Engaging at the earliest stage of a project, we act as a central hub for clients offering the complete end-to-end facade service from preconstruction to project handover.
