Join a dynamic and growing team with a leading client in Basingstoke. This newly designed role is pivotal in integrating an internal Payroll function and enhancing HR capabilities.
Your new role
As part of a growing HR team, you will support the in-house payroll and HR functions, including participation in the new systems implementation.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing the monthly end-to-end payroll for up to 200 employees.
* Supporting new hire recommendations, preparing job descriptions, and managing incoming CVs.
* Coordinating pre-employment screening and supporting the induction program.
* Administering Group benefit plans and supporting annual renewals.
* Generating Payroll & HR standardised reports.
What you'll need to succeed:
* Proven experience in end-to-end UK Payroll.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Payroll/HR systems.
