Job summary We are seeking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Manager to join our leadership team within the Talking Therapies service, The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management of one of the teams in the service, but will be expected to provide leadership cover across localities within the service if needed. We cover the whole district and have 3 main bases in Bradford, Shipley and Keighley although you may have staff based further afield. They will work within a friendly and well-established multi-disciplinary team and will work collaboratively with colleagues. The post holder will assist the Service Manager and Clinical manager and take line management, clinical and professional development responsibilities for the Team. The post holder will have operational management and mental health experience. Knowledge of Talking Therapies services is useful but not essential. The Talking Therapies Service has a strong focus on Staff Wellbeing. We have loads of CPD opportunities and as a service we are constantly developing with opportunities for staff to get involved and lead on service changes.
