Rydym am benodi uwch weithwyr chwarae i weithio yn y ddarpariaeth chware drwy gydol y flwyddyn o fewn Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy.
Bydd yr Uwch Weithwyr Chwarae yn gweithio ar y cyd ac arwain cydweithwyr i ddarparu amgylcheddau chwarae cyfoethog i holl blant.
Bydd yr Uwch Weithwyr Chwarae’n mwynhau gweithio’n yr awyr agored, gyda phlant, byddwch yn llawn egni a brwdfrydedd ac yn gallu defnyddio eich menter eich hun i sefydlu ac arwain amgylchedd cyfoethog yn llawn gemau a chwarae a hwyluso chwarae ar gyfer plant 5-18 mlwydd oed.
Bydd gan ymgeiswyr brofiad o arwain sesiynau chwarae, gan gwblhau gwaith papur perthnasol a gweithio yn unol â fframweithiau sicrwydd ansawdd. Bydd gan ymgeiswyr brofiad o weithio gyda phlant a phobl ifanc mewn maes perthnasol ac o leiaf Lefel 2 mewn Gwaith Chwarae. Mae trwydded yrru lawn lân yn hanfodol ar gyfer swyddi’r Uwch Weithwyr Chwarae oherwydd yr angen i allu gyrru faniau sy’n cael eu llogi gan CBSC ledled Conwy, bydd addasiadau rhesymol yn cael eu gwneud ar gyfer ymgeiswyr ag anableddau.
Oherwydd natur y gwaith, bydd penodiad yn amodol ar wiriad boddhaol gan y Gwasanaeth Datgelu a Gwahardd.

Work base: Throughout Conwy County Borough Council
We are seeking to appoint senior playworkers to work within the all year round play provision within Conwy County Borough Council.
Senior Playworkers will work alongside and lead colleagues to provide rich play environments for all children.
Senior Playworkers will need to enjoy working outdoors, with children, be energetic, full of enthusiasm and able to use your own initiative to set up and lead rich play and games environment and facilitate play for children aged 5-18 years.
Candidates will have experience of leading play sessions, completing relevant paperwork and working in line with quality assurance frameworks. Candidates will have experience working with children and young people in an appropriate field and a minimum of a Level 2 in Playwork. A full, clean driving licence is essential for Senior playworker roles due to the need to be able to drive CCBC hired vans, throughout Conwy, reasonable adjustments will be made for applicants with disabilities.
Due to the nature of the work, the post is subject to a satisfactory check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
