Cluster Manager Location: London based with regional travel Reporting to: Regional Operations and Franchise Manager We have a new and exciting opportunity available for someone looking for the next step in their operational career. As a Cluster Manager at Tortilla, you will be responsible for managing 6 stores primarily across London. With the General Managers reporting into you, you will be working to drive sales, performance, culture, and a great guest experience. You will provide hands-on support, developing your teams to drive operational excellence at all levels. You will be accountable for the commercial performance of the cluster, working to achieve financial and operational targets. This is a full-time position that will require the applicant to be London based. Due to the nature of the role, it will also require a high level of travel across the UK. Responsibilities Ensure smooth and consistent service across all operations, driving excellence and maximising profitability. Control costs without compromising standards and guest experience. Use KPI’s to evaluate the performance of the stores, creating and driving action plans where necessary. Maximise incremental sales opportunities by ensuring that customer value is added at every opportunity. Develop and lead high-performing teams of General Managers, fostering growth and leadership within your teams. Put the guest at the heart of all that we do, developing a culture of excellence by leading service standards and health & safety compliance throughout all stores. Utilise KPIs and data to evaluate store performance, setting up and monitoring clear sales and labour targets. Support revenue forecasting and sales planning to control cost, without sacrificing the guest experience. Encourage ownership and pride within your teams. Identifying and developing future talent creating a strong succession pipeline in your area. Skills, experience & behaviours Proven experience working within hospitality operations. Strong commercial acumen with experience in driving sales. A commitment to consistently delivering outstanding guest experiences. Ability to identify talent and to lead and develop managers. A results-driven mindset, capable of analysing data and taking proactive steps to improve performance. Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt style depending on the situation or the stakeholder.
