As we continue to grow, we are looking for a self-motivated Finance & HR Administrator to join our team. The individual will be responsible for administrative duties and will report directly to the Head of Finance & HR. To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organised; be able to confidently communicate with all stakeholders; be able to multitask and prioritise workload; and most importantly have a positive and approachable attitude.

Responsibilities
Admin
Handle emails and telephone correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
Scan and File documents whilst complying with GDPR regulations.
Provide support to the Head of Finance & HR with all ad hoc administrative duties.
Support with the management of company vehicles.
Manage company mobile phones ensuring correct tariffs are applied when outside of the UK.
Co-ordinate with Management to ensure all training records are up to date.
Finance
Sales and Purchase Ledger - ensure all invoices and credits are processed, statements reconciled.
Credit Control Contact customers to request payment dates for overdue invoices, and escalate any ongoing
Expense Management - Process invoices, expenses and payments in a timely manner.
Payroll processing Support with preparing the payroll process and provide cover for absences.
Customer and Supplier Liaison Manage supplier accounts and handle queries related to invoices and payments.
HR
Employee Records Management Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policies.
Recruitment Support Co-ordinate with agencies for upcoming roles and assist with interviews and manage candidate communication.
Onboarding and Offboarding Organise inductions ensuring all paperwork necessary paperwork is completed and right to work checks. Handle exit processes for departing employees.
HR Policy and Terms of Employment Ensure company HR policies are up to date and assist with implementing any changes to policy and contractual terms.
Employee Relations Support management in handling employee queries and maintain positive workplace relations and seeking legal advice where necessary.
