Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator
Department: Supply Chain
Reporting to: Purchasing Manager
Full Time: 37.5 hrs Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Main Duties:
1. Prepare purchase orders for supplies and equipment in a timely manner
2. Monitor and organise the purchasing mailbox
3. Maintain, update and keep accurate records of goods ordered and received
4. Ensure all purchasing invoices are correct
5. Liaise with other departments to ensure orders are paid for and arrive on time
6. Ensure all documentation is correct and processed accordingly
7. Contact suppliers by telephone and email to chase up delivery dates
8. Keep an accurate record of the purchasing system
9. Any other administration duties as required
Person Specification:
1. Flexible approach
2. Good team player
3. Ability to work under pressure
4. Good knowledge of Excel – V lookups, Pivot tables etc.
5. Good communication skills via telephone and email at all levels
6. High attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
