There is an exciting technology transformation journey ahead for this growing, yet established organisation Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end transformation and implementation projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Collaborating closely with ‘Group’ technology, but remaining autonomous, and leading on certain initiatives. Working effectively with internal business stakeholders, across with 3rd party suppliers to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business goals. Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure timely delivery of project milestones in accordance with business needs. Oversee the coordination of project resources, including teams from IT and stakeholders/ other business areas such as Finance and HR as well as third-party vendors. Manage project budgets and ensure that financial and time constraints are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular status updates, managing expectations, and mitigating risks. Perform project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as necessary. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior project managers and team members including Business Analysts. Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements during the project execution phase. Qualifications: Degree level education ideally in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification is required ie. Prince 2 / Agile methodologies. Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience with at least 3-5 years of experience specifically in ERP implementations. Knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP / SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA Proven track record of successful project delivery in complex IT environments. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively. Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Familiarity with cloud solutions and integrations is a plus. Desired Skills: Experience with change management processes related to large-scale ERP implementations. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously – very important Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions. Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in ERP systems and project management.
