About the role
As part of our Financial Services team, you will support our Finance Manager by providing an efficient and effective insurance administrative service. This will involve the handling of all insurance claims on behalf of the council and liaising with internal and external contacts to successfully progress claims. The post will also be the main insurance contact, lead in the provision of insurance advice and prepare the annual insurance renewal documentation and budget.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team, supporting the delivery of our insurance and claims service. With a professional and customer focused approach, you will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail to ensure that our robust IT systems and data is well maintained. You will possess excellent communication skills and be confident working with a wide variety of stakeholders as you share information and advice, along with also being a great team player.
