Learning Support Assistant / Midday Supervisor We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant/Midday Supervisor as soon as possible in KS1. The role will be to support a specific child in KS1 customising learning activities to meet their SEMH needs, providing pastoral and emotional support and being responsible for handovers between school and home. Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable but a passion for achieving the best outcomes for all children is more important. We are a large rural primary school split over 3 sites with KS1 and KS2 at Monks Kirby, nursery provision in the village of Harborough Magna and a Reception Unit in the village of Brinklow. We are committed to outdoor learning and have extensive school grounds at Monks Kirby with an extremely warm, welcoming and supportive staff team.
