Main duties of the job
In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals. You will provide expert advice on employment law and employee relations, lead workforce planning initiatives, and support change management projects. As a key member of the HR team, you will also drive a culture of continuous improvement, mentor HR Coordinators, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organisation. Your ability to build strong relationships and provide data-driven insights will be essential in delivering impactful HR solutions.

About You:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic HR professional who can balance high-level thinking with hands-on HR leadership. You will have a strong understanding of UK employment law and the ability to manage complex employee relations cases with confidence. With experience in workforce planning and organisational change, you will be a trusted partner to senior leaders.
Your ability to influence, coach, and mentor will be key in developing both individuals and teams. A background in healthcare or multi-site environments would be advantageous, as would coaching qualifications. * Proven experience as a People Business Partner or in a similar level HR role, ideally within healthcare or a multi-site environment.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience in managing complex employee relations cases.
* Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and workforce planning, with a solutions-focused mindset.
* Experience leading and developing others, using a coaching and mentoring approach; a coaching qualification would be advantageous.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to use HR data to drive decision-making and business improvements.
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to engage and inspire stakeholders.

* Experience of leading and developing teams, with a coaching and mentoring approach to management.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
* Coaching qualification and/or formal training in coaching techniques.
* CIPD Level 5 or higher, or equivalent experience gained through working at a comparable level.
* Experience in healthcare or multi-site environments.
