Job summary We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Assistants to support Forest ward-rehabilitation ward. The ward is busy 24 bedded and you will need to be able to work under pressure at times. You will work with an experienced nursing team on forest ward alongside registered nurses and health care assistants and therapy staff to deliver patient care. Main duties of the job Promote a 'Can do' attitude within the team, focusing on rehabilitation. Focusing on promoting and enhancing the health well being of patients, Promote and improve the patient journey Empower patients and promote patient shared/self care where appropriate focusing on the patients rehab goals while aiming for discharge destination. To carry out a range of non-clinical healthcare tasks, under the direct supervision of the registered healthcare practitioner.
