Job Role:
We are looking for Support Workers on day shifts to join our team who have a commitment and dedication to providing person-centred care. You will support individuals with learning disabilities with all aspects of daily living, from personal care to supporting them in leisure, education, and social activities.
Our Support Workers enable our customers to express their rights, choices, and aspirations whilst ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Care's policies, procedures, and CQC Fundamental Standards.

The Service:
Autumn Cottage is a 7-bed supported living service for people with learning disabilities. The service endorses a homely atmosphere for residents who have severe learning and physical disabilities. The house is beautifully decorated to an excellent standard, and residents make use of the lounge, quiet room, and garden. The service is located beside the sea and opposite a nature reserve, which provides a picturesque environment for everyone around. There is also ample room for parking.
