A global Construction Consultancy are seeking a Cost Analyst for their infrastructure team in London, to support their clients with net zero challenges.
The Cost Analyst’s role
The successful Cost Analyst will mainly be working across infrastructure projects, carrying out cost estimations, cost modelling, and cost analysis.
Although the successful Cost Analyst will be part of a team and supported throughout, the role will require someone who is experienced and confident enough to carry out work independently at times.
The Cost Analyst
* Ideally completed a Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Finance degree
* A good understanding of construction project life-cycles
* Cost analyst / Cost Estimating experience
* Experience of Project Controls focusing on Cost Estimating and similar services
* Ideally chartered (MRICS, ACoste, AACE)
* Good with maths
* Familiar with standard forms of contracts
* Comfortable digesting complex information and putting them into presentable reports
