Requirements for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant: - Experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Patience, empathy, and adaptability to meet diverse student needs. - Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices. - Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are an advantage.
