We are seeking a confident manager who will monitor, report, and advise on practices that promote choice, well-being, and protection of all individuals across our services in Grimsby. We provide support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism in these services; you will be managing a team to ensure they are promoting independence and providing the best support every day of the year.
