Qualifications and Requirements Registered Nurse Qualification (Mental Health Nurse) Valid NMC PIN Experience in Mental Health Care: Preferably previous experience in a low secure or similar mental health setting, with a focus on supporting patients with complex needs. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive and respectful environment.
