We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee facilities management and building services projects in Guildford. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering high-quality results in building maintenance, refurbishments, and installations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and completion of building services projects on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and proactively address any issues that arise during project execution.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all projects meet regulatory standards and company policies.
• Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: Project management experience in facilities management or building services.
• Knowledge: Understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, etc.) and relevant regulations.
• Certifications: Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
