As the Internal Product Sales Specialist, you will: Provide a high level of customer service to the business, acting independently of Account Managers to ensure day to day quote and order activity follow Vendors Partner Programme, Deal Reg and other processes fairly. Manage the Price List process including ownership of part codes and currency changes, gathering and present data for Netsuite uploads, end of sale notifications and pricelist publication. Understand your vendors messaging by taking online sales accreditations. Educate EXN teams on all pricing and quoting matters. Create and check quotes ensuring complete accuracy and ensuring profitability across the franchise. Work with Sales and Resellers directly to manage the pipeline and create a regular forecast highlighting hit list deals documenting relevant notes and expected close dates in Netsuite. Work with Sales and Technical teams in both EXN and your aligned Vendors to efficiently manage opportunities and promote EXN value added services. Qualify potential new Resellers and provide initial details before aligning the lead to an External. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Strong communication skills, with good telephone and email manner Commercially aware Keen attention to detail with the ability to sense errors from summary or overview data.
