We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join our dynamic and rapidly growing company based in Watnall, Nottinghamshire.
The Sales Administrator will have a multi-faceted role, with a focus on both Business Development, sales and administration.
The role reports to the General Manager as well as working closely with the Installation and sales team, coordinating their work in relation to enquiries.
A sales administrator is responsible for supporting sales operatives and managing a range of customer-related enquiries throughout the day. As a vital member of the team, it is the role of a sales administrator to ensure the sales department operates in an efficient manner and the company achieves its targets.
We are looking for a self-motivated, outgoing, personable individual who is looking to pursue a role in sales within our company.

Responsibilities and duties
* Answering phone calls, taking messages and connecting calls to proper departments
* Develop strong relationships both internally and externally
* Manage back-order items and update the relevant Account Manager
* Liaise with our operations team to ensure compliance and speedy placement of orders
* Carry out follow-up calls to sales leads to book demonstrations
* Send sales information via email
* Process sales orders
* Process sales leads generated by our marketing activities
* Cold calling/prospecting new and existing customers
* Sending information to sales team via our CRM system
* Organize appointments for Sales team
* General administrative duties and support management requests as needed
Qualifications and skills
* Good communication skills, particularly over the telephone
* Experience of Microsoft Office - mainly Word and Outlook
* Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and grow with the company. Good command of English grammar and spelling
