Key Responsibilities:
* Take full P&L responsibility for your assigned retail customer (this could be Wholesale, Top 4 Grocery Retailer or Discounters).
* Manage end-to-end account relationships, ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction.
* Lead the execution of strategic business plans, from prioritisation to sales forecasting and performance analysis.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, demand planning, and operations teams to deliver business goals.
* Identify and seize incremental growth opportunities through promotional activities.
* Maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders to support ongoing business development.
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within FMCG.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Desirable Experience:
* Prior experience with branded products.
* Creative thinking to transform challenges into opportunities.
Location: Home based role
Salary: £48K + Company Car + Bonus + Benefits
