To regenerate food, maintaining appropriate temperature records. To comply with the requirements of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety legislation and local guidelines. Be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the patient ward kitchen, equipment and serving area. Be responsible for ordering adequate provisions for the ward kitchen and maintain appropriate records relating to stock control.
