Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Administrator at Boddingtons Electrical Ltd. The Telesales Administrator will be responsible for customer service, order processing, sales support, and providing administrative assistance to the sales team. This is a new role at Boddingtons which will be developed and revised over time to maintain an effective and productive sales role, to compliment the high level of service received by our customers Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Order Processing and Administrative Assistance skills Sales support experience Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team Experience with CRM software is a plus Knowledge of electrical products is beneficial GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths. At least 2 years’ business to business direct sales experience preferably in the electrical / tools / PPE / sector Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office specifically Excel, Word and Outlook Responsibilities and Duties - Responsible for managing and effectively establishing customer accounts within region / customer base. - Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service - Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. - Answering questions about products or the company. - Responsible for following up leads, answering sales calls and responding to enquiries through to order placement. - Effectively managing customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, with the Product Management team and factories as appropriate. - Accountable for following up all sales leads and customer quotations. - Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and merchandising techniques. - Accurately maintaining records on area and customer sales for region / customer base. - Responsible for carrying out all other associated tasks to ensure the effective and efficient running of the sales team. -.
