About the Role: As a Procurement Recruitment Consultant within our Bracknell team, you will work autonomously to develop and manage a growing client base within a designated region. This is a full-cycle recruitment (360) role where you’ll be instrumental in driving success in procurement recruitment. Supported by a dedicated team of experienced Vacancy Consultants, you will focus on placing skilled procurement candidates across a range of roles while handling minimal administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a portfolio of procurement clients, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships.
* Source, screen, and place top procurement professionals in roles that meet client needs.
* Collaborate with the Vacancy Consultant team to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates.
* Lead recruitment efforts within a designated remote region, contributing to Huntress’s national procurement recruitment strategy.
Required Skills: We are looking for a self-motivated recruitment consultant with a strong background in a professional services specialism. You’ll have a passion for making impactful placements, a consultative approach with clients and candidates, and the drive to excel.
