Finance Manager Peterborough Full Time, Permanent Up to £65,000 P.A Excellent Benefits including 18% Pension We are now looking for the next talented individual to lead an established finance team for one of our leading clients in Peterborough. The successful candidate will have senior accounts experience and will be responsible for managing a small finance team of 3 people whilst overseeing all aspects of financial accounts, financial control and internal reporting. Accountabilities for the Finance Manager Deal with monthly reconciliations preparing and reviewing balance sheets Preparing and reporting monthly reports submitting statements to deadline Review and resolve internal costs and deal with forecast adjustments Finalise monthly revenue adjustments via SAGE Execute monthly journal entries including FX, GIT, payroll adjustments, and VAT Conduct monthly variance analysis Deal with resources and inventory management Facilitate month end close and preparing VAT returns Lead the annual auditing process Lead, coach and develop a small accounting team of 3 people What you'll need Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA. (Part qualified considered but must be towards end of modules) Proven experience within a similar role Strong Excel skills (V Lookups, Pivot Tables etc) Commercially aware Ability to communicate with people at all levels, both financial and non-financial Highly competent, with solid commercial acumen Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience of managing and motivating a small team Benefits for the Finance Manager Salary up to £65,000 P.A Pension scheme up to 18% combined Monday - Friday core hours (site based) 25 days 8 bank holidays Should this Finance Manager position be of interest then please feel free to apply within or contact one of our representatives at 3Sixty Resourcing Ltd.
