We are looking for a Programme Manager on a 6-month MAT cover contract, to lead a series of strategic CRM projects, ensuring the successful delivery of our ambitious transformation plans. If you have experience managing complex, cross-functional programmes in global customer-led businesses then we want to hear from you The Role As Programme Manager, you will oversee a series of interconnected projects that will shape our CRM capabilities, driving automation, personalisation, and efficiency improvements. Your primary focus will be on: Leading the migration to a new CRM platform, ensuring a smooth transition while maximising the system’s potential. Managing AI-driven initiatives to enhance decision-making and audience engagement. Implementing streamlined processes that improve operational efficiency and the quality of member communications. Overseeing change management, ensuring seamless adoption of new tools and strategies across global markets. Coordinating teams and stakeholders across regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC) to ensure successful project execution. This is a highly visible and impactful role, requiring strong leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: To take full accountability for a series of global projects and end-to-end management, including launch, delivery, change management and reporting. Define each project’s scope and delivery and communicate these to stakeholders of all levels to ensure transparency across the team. Ensure measures and targets for new and existing projects are clearly defined and communicated To implement and communicate prioritisation and governance of global projects to ensure that the most impactful projects are delivered. Coordinate and lead project contributors to ensure that the projects are realised in an efficient and timely manner. Ensure the projects are adequately resourced and the team is trained and managed. To be fully accountable for project reporting, monthly MI and data analytics to measure the success of projects and programmes. To work with the Director of Content, Head of CRM, and teams to create a holistic strategy for improving efficiencies, member experience, project delivery and digital growth. Lead on global forums and meetings to communicate project developments and the roadmap. To always be a beacon of best practice in your project management style; to create and nurture a culture of success, professionalism, and mutual support when launching new projects. Act as a role model for Ten’s values, embedding them into the strategic direction and daily management of projects and programmes. Requirements Proven experience in programme or project management within a complex, customer-focused business. Strong track record in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement strategies. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution. Skilled at cross-functional collaboration, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Commercially minded, with the ability to drive measurable business impact. Analytical thinker, capable of using data to inform decision-making and optimise processes. Project Management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent) are highly desirable. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint, Word); Python skills for automation and data analysis would be a plus.
