Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and efficient Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director of a small, family-run property company located in North West London. This diverse role encompasses both business and personal/charity-related tasks, requiring strong administrative, communication and multitasking abilities.
This position offers parking, generous holidays and an early finish on Fridays. Please note that this is a fully office based role, located in North West London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing day-to-day support to the Managing Director for both business and personal matters.
* Managing and monitoring emails, responding and forwarding as necessary.
* Handling phone calls and liaising with internal and external contacts.
* Typing reports and preparing correspondence.
* Organising international and UK travel, including flights, hotels and transport.
* Managing payments, including bank and credit card transactions.
* Coordinating IT, phone and building maintenance issues.
* Personal PA duties for Director.
* Providing cover for other PAs when required.
Key Skills & Experience:
* 5 years+ PA experience.
* Proficiency in Outlook (email, calendar, contacts), Microsoft Word, and Excel.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
