Job Description
* Respond to inbound claim inquiries via telephone
* Manage both inbound and outbound customer calls
* Accurately gather and enter all relevant customer and claim information into the case management system
* Evaluate the likelihood of claim success
* Determine and initiate the most suitable protocol for each claim
* Maintain a professional and empathetic approach, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Proactively communicate with customers to support them in starting their claim
* Provide support to Fee Earners as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful Claims Assistant should have:
* Proven experience of working within a fast paced customer centric environment is desirable
* Previous experience and knowledge of handling customer telephone calls is essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
* Commitment to providing excellent customer service
