This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated IT & Systems Manager to join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. The key to this role is identifying improvement areas and driving initiatives to improve the existing systems. You will be involved in technical support and long-term migration projects.

The current vacancy is for an innovative IT solutions organisation who are looking for an IT & Systems Manager to ensure a culture of high performance. Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in similar roles. You will have strong experience working in an IT & Systems Manager role with excellent leadership skills within a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities for the IT & Systems Manager:

1. Maintenance and support of all systems including ERP
2. Supporting and implementing new systems including cloud technology AWS/Azure
3. Ensuring all group remains compliance with IT internal control requirements
4. Maintaining and enforcing IT policies, procedures and ensuring compliance with PCI DSS requirements
5. Managing relationships, maintaining documentation, and purchasing hardware/software
6. Manage system requirements and propose solutions through implementation and testing and go-live.
7. Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
