If you are keen to develop particular interests within child & adolescent mental health, please talk to us about how we could support that. We have well-established links with the training courses and regularly have trainees on placement.

Our workforce comes from various professional backgrounds and there are opportunities for building professional networks within the service. We value the diversity of our clinicians and the different skill sets that they bring. We offer flexible working and have a special leave policy in place.
Our main hospital is on a greenfield site with abundant countryside, lovely views, beautiful landscaping and outdoor gym- it's easy to access green space at break times which offers an opportunity to de-stress.
