We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our clients busy team. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, the successful candidate will ensure efficient order processing, timely dispatches, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Address customer queries and translate orders efficiently
* Allocate stock, liaise with departments to meet deadlines
* Assist in solving issues affecting order dispatch
* Prepare and distribute quotations and dispatch documentation
* Coordinate with product specialists and sales teams
Profile:
* Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator role
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail
* Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Working knowledge of SAP is desirable but not essential
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Self-motivated, able to handle multiple priorities
