Reporting into the Director of Enterprise Transformation, the Head of Enterprise Product is a senior role responsible for aligning product development across various business sectors, ensuring sector-specific solutions also meet broader enterprise objectives.
As Head of Enterprise Product you will be working closely with Sector Champion Product Owners, the Outsourced Development House, and the Business Transformation Steering Group (BTSG). This role will manage the enterprise product backlog, prioritizing initiatives and ensuring alignment with Compass UK & Ireland's strategic goals.
The Head of Enterprise Product will be responsible for:
1. Strategic Alignment: Coordinate product development to align sector needs with enterprise strategy.
2. Product Backlog Management: Oversee and integrate sector-specific requirements into the enterprise product backlog.
3. Cross-Sector Collaboration: Facilitate meetings to ensure scalable, enterprise-wide solutions.
4. Feedback Integration: Gather feedback from users to refine product features and drive improvements.
5. Sprint & Delivery Oversight: Ensure product increments meet both sector and enterprise needs.
6. Governance & Reporting: Provide regular updates on product progress and align with strategic goals.
The successful Head of Enterprise Product will:
1. Have 7+ years in product management or enterprise change management, preferably in a multi-sector business.
2. A strong ability to influence and collaborate across all organisational levels.
3. Agile Experience: Proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
4. Be a strategic thinker: Able to balance sector-specific needs with enterprise-wide goals.
5. Have a collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach with a strategic mindset.
6. Possess strong communication skills, capable of driving transformation across diverse teams.
