M365 2nd Line Support Engineer responsibilities: Provide 2nd line support and deployments for Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies. Manage support tickets and handle escalations. Support projects and visit client sites for deployments. M365 2nd Line Support Engineer requirements: 2 years in IT 2nd/3rd line support Strong knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Intune, and Azure.
