I'm currently working with a company that designs and manufactures electronic systems to measure, record, and simulate data from vehicles used in Motorsport and Racing. This business has been around for over 30 years and has customers in over 100 countries.
They're currently looking to hire a Customer Support Technician to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing technical support and guidance on their complete product range. You will troubleshoot issues, answer queries, and ensure customers receive prompt and effective support.
They're looking for someone with customer service experience, which could be from a retail store, a phone-based customer service job, face-to-face interactions, or even a part-time role at university. They are completely open as long as you have some customer service experience.
Additionally, they seek someone with a technical background, which could come from a degree or a previous role. As you will be dealing with technical customers, they prefer someone who can understand technical products.
An interest in Motorsport/Racing is a bonus but not required.
This role is 5 days a week onsite from their office in Buckingham.
Salary is up to £28k, plus bonus, private healthcare, and a share option scheme.
