In the role of the Contract Administrator, you will complete the day-to-day administration, as well assisting the contract manager and other senior staff with any admin needs, ensuring all tasks are delivered to a high standard with safety and customer service as high priority. You day to day tasks will include the following: Maintain personnel files Maintain the HR software to include Personnel data entry, Holiday and sickness records, monthly reports and advising line managers of trends and areas of concern Produce general HR related correspondence Assist the management team with local HR issues and take advice as necessary Produce monthly payroll data, starter, leaver and payroll change forms and submit to payroll department to meet strict deadlines Provide administrative support to the Line Manager and other Senior Managers Produce management information reports for internal use and client requirements. Consistently and actively apply good housekeeping principles, such as turning off lights and equipment when not in use, in order to contribute to our strategy to reduce utility consumption and carbon footprint. About you The successful candidate will be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when needed. To be considered for this role it’s essential that you have previous office / admin experience, as well as previous HR experience and knowledge and desirable payroll experience. You will have excellent organisation, record keeping, communication, numeric skills and be IT/ computer Literate.
