Senior Client Development Manager

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading law firm seeking a dynamic Senior Client Development Manager to lead their business development and marketing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to shape the firm's brand and drive business growth in their litigation space.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Collaborate with partners to create and track strategic marketing and business development plans.
* Develop and manage data-driven marketing and business development campaigns.
* Conduct research to drive strategic change and identify new opportunities.
* Provide business development advice and go-to-market strategies.
* Introduce new marketing ideas and brand elevation approaches.
* Develop client-facing pitch strategies and provide necessary research and coaching.
* Lead the strategy for UK awards and directories submissions.
* Plan and manage practice-related events, including budget and agenda development.
* Identify and oversee conference and sponsorship opportunities
* Create and update marketing collateral and client-facing materials.
* Lead the onboarding and integration of new key hires and their clients.
We are looking for a candidate with extensive marketing experience, ideally with a background in litigation and law firms, but we welcome applicants from all professional services. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of a firm. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic business environment.
