Permanent | Ballymena | Mon-Fri 8.30am to 6.00pm Uncapped bonus - OTE £35,000 About The Role As a BMW Service Advisor, you will be the focal point of contact for our service and repair customers. You will spend time identifying their individual requirements and handling enquiries to ensure that our customer needs are fully met. It will be your responsibility to deliver the highest level of customer care from the administration process from the start of the service customers journey, right through to the handing over of the vehicles when complete.
