* Lead the buying process for the Womenswear department, ensuring products meet customer expectations and trends.
* Lead inspirational, product development trips and factory visits globally.
* Develop, implement, and review buying strategies to increase sales and profit margins.
* Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve the best possible terms.
* Work closely with the design and merchandising teams to ensure a cohesive product range.
* Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform buying decisions.
* Oversee product range selection and pricing decisions.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards in all buying activities.
* Lead and mentor a team of junior buyers, providing guidance and development opportunities.
