Job Location: Christchurch, Dorset

Salary: Up to £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am – 5pm – 40 hours per week

We are recruiting for an experienced Logistics Planner to join a well-known decorative homeware company in Christchurch.
This well-known business supplies not only the general public but major retail chains such as; Dunelm, Laura Ashley and John Lewis.
Working within a small team of 2, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling the safe delivery of customer orders.
Within your role, your duties will include:
* Planning and coordinating customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring they arrive safely and on time
* Using various customer and haulier portals to receive orders and generate delivery labels
* Keeping customers up to date with lead times and delivery costs
* Advising customers of any delays, issues or stock shortages
* Keeping on top of new orders coming in, ensuring they are given to the warehouse with all the relevant paperwork
