Role description Allianz Personal have an opportunity for a Digital Optimisation Lead, based in one of our offices in London, Bristol (University) & Bournemouth (Stour House) on a hybrid working basis. Sitting within the UX team, the successful candidate will ensure that the Experimentation, Optimisation and Personalisation programme within Allianz is delivered in a timely and compliant manner. The successful applicant will ensure that the programme delivers a positive return on investment and an improved customer experience. Key Duties: Effective organisation and facilitation of meetings with internal stakeholders to understand and manage the progress, prioritisation and performance of campaigns. Compilation and co-ordination of test ideas, including the organisation of business focussed challenges and facilitating ideation workshops. Co-ordinate customer and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, propose tests or back up hypotheses for tests. Responsibility for owning, updating, promoting and delivering the test/personalisation plan. Ensuring that the agreed programme process and governance is adhered to. Creation of A/B and multi variate tests within Adobe Target. Managing the relationship with our external agency for build and the approval of complex tests; managing the budget for their support hours. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the relevant business functions to ensure positive collaboration, engagement and participation in the programme. By working closely with other teams, inside and outside of Digital, understand the impact of proposed tests on other areas and understand the impact of other developments and releases on proposed tests. Skills Required Demonstrate understanding of the importance of a customer-centric approach, balanced with commercial objectives. Previous experience in running A/B and multivariate tests. Knowledge of Adobe Target highly desirable. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical skills. Can demonstrate innovative and creative thinking. Strong organisational skills. Ability to work across multiple functions and in a virtual team environment. Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and influence across departments.
