Orelia are looking for a Digital & Customer Service Assistant to join their close-knit eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will be a key player in helping reach the sales targets of the online channel by ensuring our website content is well-maintained, accurate and engaging.
Launched in 2008, Orelia is a leading multi-channel fashion jewellery business with a thriving online business also supplying to major online retailers and boutiques. Borne out of a need for beautiful, fashionable, good quality yet affordable jewellery, Orelia bridges the gap between high street and designer brands.
Key responsibilities include:
· Managing web product including product creation and uploads, merchandising and monitoring stock levels
· Creating, editing and optimising website content, including landing pages, images, videos and website hierarchy
· Taking commercial actions to ensure sales are maximised including executing and monitoring promotional activity
· Briefing our digital designer with CRM emails and testing email campaigns
· Supporting the wider team with digital marketing activity including organic social, paid social and PPC
· Supporting the analysis of data to identify opportunities, trends and areas for improvement
· Supporting the testing of new website functionality
· Collaborating with the Social team to support marketing campaigns and promotional activity
· Replying to customer service queries – being the customer facing voice of Orelia
· Become the voice of the customer in the business, providing timely customer feedback to all teams including Buying, Merchandising and Fulfilment
Valuable skills / qualities:
· Confident communicator – both written and verbal
· A willingness to get stuck in and involved with a large variety of tasks
· Ability to show initiative, asking questions and making suggestions for improvements – everyone has an important voice at Orelia!
· Ability to work cross departmentally in a small business environment
· Shopify experience ideal, but not essential
· Experience of working in the retail sector ideal, but not essential
