Principal IT are working with an industry leading and award-winning managed technology provider that are looking for a 1st line helpdesk analyst to join their team. In this role you will play a vital part in supporting their future strategy. They are looking for someone who is passionate about continuous professional development and has an innovative approach to incorporating new technologies into their operations. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the forward-thinking IT team, undertaking certified and on premise training covering numerous systems and software.
Responsibilities:
1. Support customers with day-to-day IT issues.
2. Implement 1st time fixes.
3. Deal with support requests.
4. Take inbound calls.
5. Make outbound calls.
Desired Skills:
1. Experience with Microsoft 365.
2. Experience with Windows Server.
3. Understanding of Networking.
4. Understanding the best practices of Cyber Security.
5. Understanding the features of Windows 10/11.
6. Confidently troubleshoot a variety of infrastructure/setups.
7. Understanding of Telecoms, Mobile, VoIP, including their connectivity.
The Package:
If successful, our client is offering a salary of £24,000 - £32,000 per annum, 26 paid holidays plus bank holidays, monthly team building and social events, ongoing development and training plus many more.
